Update: 2/9/10: Lilly's last blood tests showed NO A.L.L. or A.M.L. (Leukemia) and, if that weren't enough good news, NO MLL genetic marker for A.M.L.

That is the best news of all.  Her counts continue to be solid. Unless she has a downturn in blood tests, there will be no more need for biopsies or other invasive procedures. So - she is getting her broviac line removed from her chest wall, which she has had in since she was 3 months old. That, my friends, is exceptionally happy-making.  We're at 4 1/2 years and counting for that all important 5 year remission mark.   Lilly has been on Chinese Herbs and Western suppments since August of last year and will continue to be on them for an indeterminate length of time.
