Monthly Herbal Consultations with acupuncture $30.00

Prices for herbal prescriptions vary and are not included in the above.
Insured rates:
I am a network provider for most insurances. If you have acupuncture coverage, a co-pay anywhere between 10 and 50%, is usually all that is required of you. You normally do not need a referral from you primary physician. Insurance coverage is verified by this office before your first appointment.

These are direct pay discount plans offered by several insurers if you have insurance, but acupuncture is not a directly covered benefit. You normally do not need a referral from your primary physician.
